Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Crooked River Elementary School.
In accordance with state law and new district procedures, ALL volunteers and chaperones must complete the required volunteer training (including mandated reporting) AND complete a satisfactory background check.
The Volunteer Training (required PowerPoint, video, and mandated reporter sign off) is embedded in the following Google Form. The link to the background check form is also embedded in the form. If you do not have printer capability you may request a printed copy of the background check form from the front office.
ALL potential volunteers must complete the background check and provide a copy of the certified results to the Camden County Board of Education to log. Once the volunteer has completed ALL requirements their name will be put on the Approved Volunteer List for CRES.
